Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains Slate Peptides’s final-sale rule, when Slate Peptides may cancel an order, and when we may investigate a shipment issue or provide a remedy for damaged, incorrect, or missing items. All purchases from Slate Peptides are final sale. Slate Peptides does not accept returns or exchanges.

All purchases from Slate are final sale. Due to the nature of our research products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Products are not eligible for return after an order is placed, including unopened products. Change of mind, unused product, or research-protocol changes alone do not create a return or exchange right.

Cancellation before fulfillment, and claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items, are described separately below. Those processes are not product returns.

A customer may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order. Contact support immediately and include your order number.

A cancellation is not guaranteed and cannot be completed once the order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner. If fulfillment has not yet been submitted and we approve the cancellation, any payment already received is typically handled as a refund to the original payment method or an invoice adjustment.

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or is missing an item, contact support promptly so we can review the issue.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Contact support immediately and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photographs of packaging and products when applicable

Claims submitted after the 3-day reporting period may be denied. Slate Peptides retains discretion to investigate claims and determine whether a remedy is appropriate.

If we determine a remedy is warranted, approved options may include replacement, invoice adjustment, account credit, or refund at Slate Peptides’s discretion. A report does not automatically result in a refund. We will communicate the outcome after reviewing the available information.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless Slate Peptides determines the shipment error was caused by Slate Peptides or its fulfillment partner.

When a refund is approved, it is issued to the original payment method when possible, or as an invoice adjustment/credit when that better matches how the order was paid. After approval, posting typically takes about 5–10 business days, plus any additional time your bank or payment provider requires.

Wholesale orders follow the same final-sale, no-return, cancellation-request, and damaged/incorrect/missing-item rules, subject to any written wholesale terms we separately agree with an approved wholesaler.

Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback so we can help resolve the issue. Unresolved chargebacks for fulfilled, correctly delivered orders may result in account suspension and collection of amounts owed where permitted by law.

We may make exceptions to this policy in limited circumstances when we believe it is fair and appropriate. An exception in one case does not create a right to the same outcome in another.
